Keynote Speaker- Mr. Vic Pemberton

 

President and General Manager of GPL Food Services 

DBA Pepi Food Services, Inc.

 

Vic Pemberton is the President/General Manager of GPL Food Services dba Pepi Food Services, Inc.  He worked as a mechanic for Amoco Fabrics and Fibers and in route sales for Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company in Bainbridge, Georgia before graduating from Bainbridge College in 1992.  His 13 years of experience in the soft drink industry resulted in a leadership role.  As Vice President and General Manager, covering all aspects of operating a very successful bottling operation, this prepared Vic to own and operate his own food services company.

Pepi Food Services is a family-owned and operated business which offers vending services, coffee and water services and food service.  The company also caters and maintains a kitchen.  Their territory reaches to Albany, Colquitt, Blakely, Thomasville and Cairo in Georgia  and down to Tallahassee and Quincy in Florida.  They serve areas of Dothan, Troy, Brundidge, Enterprise, Union Springs, Eufaula, Abbeville and Geneva in Alabama.

Vic was president of the Kiwanis Club and past president of the YMCA of Bainbridge. He also was past Vice Chairman of Georgia Automatic Merchandising Association. 

He and his wife Lorie, have three children who all work for Pepi Food Services, Inc. and four grandchildren.  Vic enjoys playing golf, racquetball, quail hunting, traveling and reading.
